Reminder: ACIFA Award Nominations are still open

Hello Faculty,

This is a friendly reminder that applications and nominations for this year’s ACIFA Awards are still open.

If you work with colleagues who show exceptional dedication to teaching and learning, or who consistently bring creativity and innovation to their classrooms, this is a great opportunity to recognize their contributions through an ACIFA award nomination.

Award Categories

Distinguished Instructor Award
Honors instructors who demonstrate outstanding commitment to teaching, their learners, and the learning process.

Innovation in Teaching Award
Recognizes the creative and forward thinking use of instructional methods and course design.

Scholarship of Teaching and Learning Award
Acknowledges instructors engaged in meaningful research that enhances teaching and learning.

The deadline for all ACIFA Award applications is January 2, 2026. Award recipients will be notified on February 9, 2026.
